Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays). Peak periods may extend processing times.

 

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & ETAs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Estimated transit times:

  • United States (Domestic): ~3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: ~10–21 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance.
    Note: ETAs are estimates, not guarantees.

 

3. Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are customer’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict customs delays or fees.

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you at contact@fuzihouse.com to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Lost/Not delivered: First contact the carrier with your tracking number; then email contact@fuzihouse.com for assistance.

  • Damaged on arrival: Keep all packaging and email photos to contact@fuzihouse.com within 7 days.

 

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to expedite delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel when applicable.

 

8. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed status, we can reship upon payment of additional postage. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.
